i love eating.
i met new people today... my friend's friends who wanna run the hostel in kyoto in the future and wanna travel over the world someday! we went to kyoto, eating tasty food... i was super happy eating ABURI-MOCHI, GREEN TEA, DOUGHNUT, etc... i have lots of things to do in coming future though i haven't known what i really wanna do best. but meeting new people and listening to their dreams or story encouraged me somehow. exchanging info is important and telling people about my dream even if it is just tiny and dont know the possibility now is needed. on the way back, i dropped in at the guest house 'taro cafe in' near the kyoto station. the owner is young and energetic. so impressive for me he was... talking with him made me feel like running guest house is the way i should choose. i am not like intuitive person i think, so cannot just say " yes, do that ". someday... guest house... sweet!!

なまけものDAY

今週もおつかれさま。気疲れの週でした。昨日、つかれていたのか、どんくさいのかは知らんが、電車とホームの間に足が挟まってこけた。いたかったー＋恥ずかしかった。高校生は笑いをこらえていたと思われる。。

と言うわけで、今日はなまけものDAYと決めました。
12時起床。大好きな日経と朝日土曜日版別紙熟読。
ちょうど藤巻兄弟の記事見てたとき、母はバーニーズで藤巻弟目撃らしい。うらやましいぞ。
夕暮れ前に主婦タイム。
クリーニング取りに行って、犬の散歩えさやりして、Cookingタイム。

今日はベジカレーと決めました。
彩りよいヘルシーカレーです。

Prank:Improv Everywhere from NY

めっちゃステキな組織、Improv Everywhere。なんといってもMissionが"人を笑わせてシアワセな気分にさせること"っていうのがステキ。
よく日本では「ドッキリ」なんていって芸能人が仕掛けて人を驚かす番組があるけど、Improv Everywhereはそれの善バージョン。つまり、人に楽しんでもらうためのPrank（悪意のないいたずら）をNYでやっている。れっきとしたArtだと私は思う。突如として面白いことがNYの街中で始まるんだけど、これはチャーリー･ドットって言う人が仕掛け人で、登録されているAgentが作戦のためにメールで集められる。実際始まるまでAgent達は内容を知らないんだけど、とにかく街中で変なおもろいことが始まるん。

電車の中で始まるプロポーズ劇（乗客は突然のプロポーズだと思い、みんなで祝ってシアワセな気分で電車を降りていった：もち計画されてたプロポーズ）
U2のゲリラライブ（ミュージシャンU2が昔ビルの屋上でゲリラライブをしていたのを再現するために、ニセバンドを結成してまねてみせる：U2だと信じている観客もいれば、偽者だと知りつつも盛り上げる人も）

とかとか・・・人を楽しませるためのいたずらってかわいいなぁ?

私の大好きなamerican apparel。出会いはカナダ･バンクーバー。母とともに大ファンになる。
Made in Downtown LAにこだわりスウェットショップ・フリーを貫くmissionをもった営利企業。
昔NIKEやGAPが発展途上国で賃金搾取をしていたり、幼い子供を働かせていたりと、企業が労働者を不当に扱っていたことが問題になった。american apparelはLAのdown townで製品を作ることで雇用を創出し、英語を母国語としない社員に英語のクラスを提供し、保険を低価格で加入できる制度をとっている。
私にしたら非営利な営利企業。プラス製品はほんと着心地バツグン＆adsもイケテル。
すっごくcoolでhotなamerican apparel。日本でも、下北沢にオープンしていて、渋谷にも店舗あり。一度行ってみて。ファンになること間違いなし！（ただし、ちょっとデザインが奇抜だったりして、日本人には！！！のもありかも）
they actually looking for the retail sales worker in Tokyo. i was really interested in working for them, but i cannot imagin myself working in the store... since i have done something for NGO on environmental issues when i was student, i tend to love things environmentally friendly. i sometimes wonder if i really enjoy the job now and think i might better find something else. i wanna do the job which doesnt harm people, environment, society...etc... but,but,but... i feel as if i were a chicken if i just quit the job now. say myself " be patient, then wait the time.. it is coming as long as you do you best for now". i know im such a negativity positive person. hahaha

i talked to my dearest friend this mornig... i felt really happy to know he sounds very fine and he's doing what he should. i used to depend on the relationship with him to be happy when i am unhappy or feel depressed i guess... ive been changing.. when i feel sad, knowing that he is trying to do his best makes me positive; who makes myself happy is myself! so.......... i need to be more flexible! i stop holding to the relationship such as bf/gf. if i love someone, just love him. lie myself is shitty

落ち込んだり、ストレスがたまったりするときはまず寝る。Sleeping　Power
でも、発散するにはやっぱchattingだね。しゃべり倒すこと。FridayNightは会社の同期と、元同期とDinner。まずラーメンで気合を入れて、その後ファミレスでSweetsをいっぱい食べた。しゃべっていると食欲もますのか！？私の話が意味を成していたのかどうかは知らない。でもスッキリした。ただしゃべらせてくれるだけでいいの。ただ聞いてくれるだけでいいの。
ありがとう。
sleeping power, chatting power も一つはやっぱeating powerかな。ｗ

落ち込んだときは寝るに限る：sleeping power

仕事でミスをしてしまった。やってしまったことにくよくよしていても仕方がないし、今回学んだことで同じミスを今後しなけりゃいいだけの話。分かっている。何が凹むって、私がミスした理由を理解されなかったこと。１００％正しいと思ってやったから、まさか自分が間違っているなんて思わなかった確信犯。なのに、なぜこんなことしたのって言われても、なぜって言われても・・・そんなルール知らなかったんだよ。だから寝てやったさ。18時から朝の6時まで。爆睡。起きたとき、あほみたいに寝続けた自分がすごいと思ったりしたり！？

VIVAサーフィン

初サーフィンレッスン参加☆
朝3時起床という朝が苦手の私にはちょっちつらかったが、楽しかったー！！
海岸に着くと、朝が明けて、波がでてきて、ステキな海だった。
ボードに立つことはできなかったけど、うまく乗れたときは気分サイコー。
久々に一生懸命な自分でした。
こりゃはまりそうだね。
やればやるほどもっともっとって思う。
仕事もこれぐらいやれよって感じ！？
2月にHawaiiでサーフィンできるように腕をあげてお金ためよっと。

誕生日---wishing turning 23 is just a joke.......

今日で23歳になった。うーん、不思議。10代のころは、20になるのが楽しみで、誕生日が来るたびに大人になる気がしてわくわくしてたような･･･２１になってからはなんとなく誕生日がくる感じ！？ほんとうに実感がわかない。写真はカナダにいるときにステキな友達がわたしとRinaのためにPartyをしてくれた時のもの。サイコーにうれしかった。
i feel like my life has stopped at that moment... i feel as if i were still 20. seriously cannot believe im turning 23 this year... i havent grown up since october 2002. this past 3 years, i really had good time, going abroad many times, eating tasty food, chatting with friends a lot, and spending wonderful time with stinke. those memories are just perfect. i must be such a happy girl!! but i think this year, i need to face the reality, i mean i need to "know" those were wonderful "memories" i already experienced and try to find something as fun as those ones in coming days. like required to be independent from those memories. it is true that i never forget those great days... i would have more lovely clazy-girl-time for sure☆

vancouver=best city to live in ther world...yes!!!

英エコノミスト誌の調査部門によると、世界127都市の中でバンクーバーが一番住みやすい都市だそうだ。たしかに、バンクーバーはすっごい居心地がいい。まず、世界中のおいしい料理が楽しめるレストランがいっぱい。海もあり、山もあり、Beachだってある。時間の流れがゆったりしていて、イライラしない。めったに時計みないもん。ほんま、第2の故郷。留学後、結局4回も行ったなぁ。ちょっと京都へくらいの感覚で行ってた。おかげでマイレージたまった！笑　もう行くことはないのかなー

im still hoping that i wanna stay in vancouver in the future... i really love vancouver, esp around kits. often dream of running b&b there, or working there... i sometimes think i should use working holiday visa before turning 30, but i guess it is not right time now. i cannot think what i really wanna do or how i wanna be. maybe i will be able to think about my future plan when i get confident and independent about my job and my life. then i can think of my life more positively, rather than just ignoring the hardships i have now. anyway this is true that i love vancouver so much☆

yellow curry is tasty, but leaving some bitter feeling to me.....

昨年行ったThaiで手に入れたYellowCurryPasteを使って、 YellowCurryを作った。思ったよりも辛くなかった。GreenCurryといい、ココナッツミルクの入っているCurry は大好き。特にじめっと暑いところで食べるとなぜかめちゃうまっ！ (残念ながら日本は秋になり、だんだん寒くなってる　>_<)

talking about asian countries, i went to Bali last year... people were very friendly and i really enjoyed staying there eating mango. i was ashamed of myself cause i didnt know they were bombed by errorists in 2002 until i got there. i noticed myself being ignorant about the fact happening over the world. everytime i find the disaster strikes or any unhappy situation occur over the world (of course including Japan), i wonder
what i can do?

i kinda feel guilty living my life as usual, as if nothing've happened.... mostly i end up doing nothing, then come to feel like

i cannot leave my life only to do something for that
even i do something for that, it is just tiny tiny tiny help. i know that's very sad to feel this way... but it is true that i cannot make an action for each emergency. so i decide to stop doing anything beyond my ability. i would love to do something i can do daily.
